FREEHOLDERS AND LEASEHOLDERS AND S.I., 2018 No 1043

That this House recognises that provisions for freeholders recognising leaseholder associations are listed in S.I., 2018 No. 1043 with the short title Landlord and Tenant, England, and the long title The Tenants' Association (Provisions Relating to Recognition and Provision of Information) (England) Regulations 2018; and calls on the House authorities, where necessary and appropriate, to add descriptive words to help people seeking information.
