HEALTHY VALLEYS

That this House congratulates Healthy Valleys on securing £322,946 in National Lottery funding from the Big Lottery Fund Scotland; notes that this group is a community-led health initiative with a focus on supporting rural South Lanarkshire communities; commends the group on using this funding to deliver the Resilient Families project, working with disadvantaged and isolated families with children under five and experiencing complex and challenging circumstances; and celebrates the group's endeavours to help parents develop the knowledge, skills, resilience and confidence to manage their circumstances and improve the lives of their children.
