SELECT COMMITTEE SCRUTINY OF EXECUTIVE PAY

That this House believes that a means of countering the gross rewards paid to too many senior executives in the UK is for a Select Committee to be established whose terms of reference would include consideration of the range of high pay awards and whether those awards are linked to the performance of the company over which the senior executives have stewardship.
