TOLLCROSS PARKRUN 300TH RUN

That this House congratulates Tollcross Parkrun before its 300th run on Saturday 26 January 2019; notes that since the weekly event began at Tollcross Park in Glasgow East constituency, the combined distance run by Tollcross parkrunners is greater than three times around the world; recognises that worldwide, Parkrun encourages hundreds of thousands of people to take to their local parks every Saturday morning for a fun 5k run; commends all of the organisers, volunteers and runners at Tollcross Parkrun who have made the event such a massive success over the years; and wishes all involved the very best for the future.
