Exiting the European Union (Customs)

That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Customs (Temporary Storage Facilities Approval Conditions and Miscellaneous Amendments) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (S.I., 2018, No. 1247), dated 29 November 2018, a copy of which was laid before this House on 30 November 2018, be annulled.
