That this House congratulates the social enterprise Homes for Good on spending two years in their premises in Bridgeton and on reaching their sixth year of operation; understands that as a social enterprise letting agency, they are committed to driving up standards for tenants and landlords; further congratulates Homes for Good on providing quality homes for more than 600 tenants; understands that they provide advice and support for landlords and tenants alike; welcomes the investment of £2.85 million from Social and Sustainable Capital last year; notes the positive impact that social enterprises such as Homes for Good have on homelessness; commends the hard work and initiative of Susan Aktemel and her team in reaching this milestone; and wishes Homes for Good every success in the future.
