That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Value Added Tax (Postal Packets and Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2018 (S.I., 2018, No. 1376), dated 17 December 2018, a copy of which was laid before this House on 18 December 2018, be annulled.
