The motion
That this House congratulates Lynn Cassells and Sandra Baer of Lynbreck Croft in the Cairngorms on recently being appointed Young Agricultural Climate Change Champions by the Scottish Government; commends Lynbreck Croft on its ongoing and committed work to low-carbon environmentally sustainable farming; recognises that this appointment follows their success at the Spirit of Crofting Awards 2018 and the Cairngorms Nature Farm Awards 2018; notes that their work has been highlighted on BBC2’s This Farming Life programme, which highlights the struggles and triumphs of farming families in Scotland; and wishes them continued success in the future.
