25TH ANNIVERSARY OF ABERTAY UNIVERSITY

That this house joins Abertay University in Dundee in celebrating 25 years since it was awarded university status; recognises the work the University has done since to establish the first computer games degree and become a world leading institution in the field; congratulates it on being the first UK Centre for Excellence in Computer Games Education as well as being ranked number one in Europe for undergraduate games degrees by the Princeton reviews; understands that to commemorate its 25th year as a university, Abertay will be hosting a changing talks series throughout 2019 ranging from presentations from internationally acclaimed digital artists to debate panels; and wishes the University, its students and staff the best of luck for the future.
