Exiting the European Union (Value Added Tax)

That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Value Added Tax (Accounting Procedures for Import VAT for VAT Registered Persons and Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I., 2019, No. 60), dated 21 January 2019, a copy of which was laid before this House on 22 January 2019, be annulled.
