That an humble Address be presented to Her Majesty, praying that the Value Added Tax and Excise Personal Reliefs (Special Visitors and Goods Permanently Imported) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 (S.I., 2019, No. 91), dated 22 January 2019, a copy of which was laid before this House on 24 January 2019, be annulled.
