That this House notes the increasing number of people who have become victims of scam fraudsters; commends the range of helpful and valuable tools and websites such as Take Five and Friends against Scams where basic assistance and training is available for those who wish to help family, friends or neighbours whom they feel are vulnerable to such approaches; and urges people to be extremely vigilant when dealing with such parasites.
