That this House congratulates Lauren Parsons and Harry Ratcliffe of Culloden Academy in Inverness on their recent success at the Highlands and Islands and Grampian Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service Public Speaking Competition; further congratulates them on their success at the National Semi-Final; and wishes them luck for the National Final in May.
