That this House offers sincere congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Harry and Megan, on the safe delivery of their precious baby son; further thanks God for the arrival of another precious child in the Windsor line; and prays that God will bless the future of this little man and his proud parents as a family unit goes from strength to strength.
