RAINING'S STAIRS INVERNESS DEVELOPMENT

That this House congratulates the team at Trail Architects and the Highland Housing Alliance for their recent success at the 2019 Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland Awards; notes that their Raining’s Stairs development was recognised as one of Scotland’s best buildings; and recognises that their development has transformed what was a once run down area into an accessible and innovative block of flats and access point to the city centre.
