20 YEARS OF GLASGOW'S ACTIVE LIFE CLUB

That this House congratulates Glasgow's Active Life Club on reaching it's 20th Anniversary, notes that the Active Life Club works across six areas of sport, youth engagement and participation, volunteers and youth leaders development, community consultation, coaching and mentoring and creative arts; appreciates the efforts of founding member and Chairperson Raza Sadiq in the work of Active Life Club since 1999; recognises that the Active Life Club is entirely run by volunteers; is grateful for the strong ethos of partnership working which has contributed to the success of the Active Life Club; welcomes the positive impact the Active Life Club has had on the lives of countless young people over the past two decades; and wishes all at the Active Life Club the very best for the future.
