CRAIG BOYD HAIRDRESSING SUPPORTS FAMILIES IN NEED IN LEVENMOUTH

That this House recognises the significance and generosity shown by Craig Boyd of Craig Boyd Hairdressing, Leven, and his colleagues in offering free haircuts for local children affected by poverty and whose families rely on the Lvenmouth Foodbank; notes Craig Boyd's continuing support for local families struggling financially by also supporting them through and appeal for back-to-school essentials such as school uniforms, backpacks, pencil cases and stationery; applauds Craig Boyd for raising awareness of the stigma affecting children and young people who cannot afford haircuts and that his efforts to make them feel special have a positive effect on their well-being and confidence; and congratulates Craig Boyd on inspiring other local businesses including McCallum's Barbers and the Red Petal Company to also get involved.
