JUNCTION 52 - CAPABILITY SCOTLAND 20TH ANNIVERSARY AT PENILEE COMMUNITY CENTRE

That this House commends the work of Junction 52, a day care service in Penilee Community Centre in Glasgow operated by Capability Scotland, on their 20th anniversary; notes that the service is a day care service for up to 40 adults with learning or physical disabilities; further notes that Junction 52 provides a wide range of support by fully trained and qualified staff including group activities every day; supports the open door policy which promotes inclusion and has led to a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for its service users; and wishes the service continued success in the future.
