SUGAR BOAT HELENSBURGH, SCOTLAND'S RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR 2019

That this House congratulates owner, Will Smith and all the staff at The Sugar Boat restaurant in Colquhoun Square, Helensburgh on being named Scotland's best restaurant for 2019 at the AA Hospitality Awards held recently at the Grosvenor House in London; notes that despite only having being open for a couple of years, the chefs at The Sugar Boat have already gained an excellent reputation for the quality of their food and this latest honour compliments the Michelin Bib Gourmand award which was presented to the restaurant last year; thanks Will and all of the staff for their dedicated hard work and for their outstanding contribution to Helensburgh's growing reputation as one of Scotland's gastronomic centers of excellence.
