That this House congratulates the Mossneuk Girls Brigade in East Kilbride, Strathaven and Lesmahagow constituency on celebrating 25 years in the town; pays tribute to the outstanding 20 years of service from Lieutenant Heather Eland; and further congratulates Captain Carol King for her incredible 40 years of service.
