East Glasgow Salvation Army - Christmas 2019

The motion
That this House warmly commends the East Glasgow Salvation Army Ministry team on what it considers to be an outstanding effort to make Christmas 2019 so memorable for many people in Glasgow's East End; notes that working alongside local partners in the community the Salvation Army ensured that 471 local children were given toys and over twenty people enjoyed a two course Christmas day meal; thanks the volunteers led by Majors Colin and Denise Bradshaw; and wishes the Salvation Army well for its endeavours in 2020.
