Protecting the Welsh language

That this House notes the importance of the Welsh language to the cultural identity of Wales and its residents; is aware of the importance of the teaching of the Welsh language in schools; believes that Government bodies should play their part in advancing the language; and calls on the Government to commit to consider carefully the impact of legislation on the protection of the Welsh language for future generations.
