Holocaust Memorial

That this House recognises the example of Yad Vasher with professional development courses for educators, age-appropriate study programmes with educational materials; recognises its exhibitions on the Holocaust with the names of Holocaust victims, the memory and names of its six million Jews murdered and the numerous Jewish communities destroyed; notes its support for Holocaust research projects, further notes its honouring of the non-Jews who risked their lives to save Jews; and calls on the Government and the United Kingdom National Memorial Foundation to work to achieve the Foundation's specifications set out in September 2015 and to withdraw the present controversial proposals that do not meet the 2015 specification.
