RETIREMENT OF MR ROBERT McCLELLAND

That this House, on the occasion of his retirement, desires to place on record its profound appreciation of the dedicated services of Mr Robert McClelland, who, after serving 22 years in the Royal Marines, became Doorkeeper in 1974 and subsequently Senior Doorkeeper of the Chamber of the House of Commons; and offers heartfelt good wishes to him for a long and happy retirement.
