Lunar Gymnastics Club

That this House recognises the achievements of the Lunar Gymnastics Club based in Lesmahagow; commends the achievements of the individual gymnasts at the Club, which include medals being won at the Scottish Tumble Championships, Middlesbrough Festival and Scottish Championships; acknowledges the remarkable achievement of gymnasts qualifying for the British Championships, particularly Eve Hamilton and Lara Gourlay who, aged 11, qualified for the British Championships and will represent Scotland; congratulates Lunar Gymnastics Club for the work that they do in the local community, such as performing at local festivals and offering free taster sessions for all ages; praises the Club for making a group donation to The Trussell Trust Food Bank; notes the importance of organisations such as Lunar Gymnastics Club in bringing young people together and building sporting excellence alongside team spirit; and wishes all the members of Lunar Gymnastics Club success in the future.
