The Buffalo Farm Scottish Craft Butcher Awards 2020

That this House congratulates Steven Mitchell and all of the staff at The Buffalo Farm on achieving gold awards for beef steak burger and buffalo Tuscan burger as well as silver awards for buffalo steak burger and pork and black pudding sausage at the 2020 Scottish Craft Butcher awards; recognises that these are the latest in a string of awards for The Buffalo Farm, which has Scotland's largest herd of Water Buffalo roaming the hills of Clentrie Farm, Auchtertool, Fife; and commends recent efforts to establish contact free collection and delivery services to continue access to their high quality meat products for the people of Fife throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
