Belly Mujinga

That this House stands in solidarity with the friends, family and community of Belly Mujinga, a key worker at London Victoria station who tragically died after contracting covid-19; notes that a number of transport workers on the frontline have contracted covid-19 and some have consequently died; calls on the Government to begin an investigation into why at risk transport employees have not been given Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); and urgently calls on the Government to investigate the circumstances of Belly Mujinga’s death, the contraction of covid-19 and the assault that took place prior to her contraction of covid-19.
