Total ban on the use of credit cards for gambling

That this House notes that gambling in all its forms can destroy the lives of the people addicted to it and have a huge effect on their family and people close to them; further notes that credit encourages people to gamble with money that they do not have; and calls on the Government to implement a total ban on the use of credit cards for all forms of gambling and online gambling in particular.
