Itihaas and Radhuni restaurants

That this House congratulates restaurants Itihaas in Dalkeith and Radhuni in Loanhead on each being awarded a Travellers’ Choice Award from TripAdvisor; notes that this award puts them in the top 10 per cent of hospitality businesses worldwide; understands that winners of the Travellers’ Choice Award are celebrated for their exceptional service and quality and serve as a source of inspiration for travellers and diners; notes that Itihaas is a previous winner of the titles of Scotland’s top curry restaurant, Curry Chef of the Year and best South Asian restaurant, and Radhuni was named best restaurant in Scotland at last November’s British Curry Awards in London; and commends the restaurants, owned by the same family, and all their staff for contributing so much to the cultural and gastronomic life of Midlothian.
