Livingston cyclist Josh Quigley breaks world record

That this House congratulates Livingston cyclist Josh Quigley for breaking the world record of fastest cycle round the North Coast 500; recognises that his achievement took place just nine months after sustaining life-threatening injuries in a crash; acknowledges that he used the challenge to raise money for Baylor Scott and White Central Texas Foundation where he was treated after he was hit by a car at 70mph on a round-the-world cycling trip; notes that he completed the route in a time of 31 hours and 18 minutes, five minutes faster than the current record; and finally wishes him good health and good luck in his future cycling ventures.
