Congratulating Dorothy Hilsley

That this House congratulates Dorothy Hilsley who has been awarded an MBE for her services to education in East Lothian; recognises her long service as a primary teacher and headteacher in Musselburgh and Gifford; and applauds her passion for and commitment to the education of the young people of East Lothian over the years.
