Spennylympics event 2021

That this House gives its best wishes to Stuart Bates and Charlotte Nichols for Spennylympics - an event that will be partially held in the Oxford West and Abingdon constituency; wishes them the very best of luck as they try to complete every single Olympic event over the course of 17 days while the Tokyo Games are also being held; acknowledges the important work that the Spennylympics are doing with the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA) in memory of Stuart’s brother Spencer; further acknowledges the life-changing work the Motor Neurone Disease Association does for those with Motor Neurone Disease and Kennedy’s Disease; and urges the Government to further support and invest in research and care related to Motor Neurone Disease and Kennedy's Disease.
