Kharkiv Pride 2021

This House congratulates people taking part in the Pride march in Kharkiv, Ukraine; notes that the third annual civil rights march attracted a record crowd of between 2000-3000 participants; however, condemns the violence that was instigated by right-wing protestors at the end of the parade; salutes the efforts of LGBT+ campaigners in Ukraine for stepping up efforts to gain recognition, support, and protection in the face of threats and intimidation; shows solidarity with those LGBT+ Ukrainians and their allies; and offers its support to them in the future.
