That this House congratulates the University of St Andrews for being ranked first in the Times and Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021; praises the dedication of students and staff to high academic standards with outstanding teaching and learning opportunities; recognises the achievement of moving to online teaching with only a minimal decline in recorded student satisfactions; recognises all individuals engaged with the university who contribute to the outstanding student experience; and wish all students and staff the very best for the 2021/2022 academic year.
