Nourish Support Centre charity

That this House recognises the exceptional support offered to parents of children with additional support needs by Nourish Support Centre, a charity set up by parents in Kirkcaldy to bring together families affected by disability, supplying information and links with other organisations as well as preventing isolation by providing a safe space for families to support each other to relax, share and offload; congratulates Nourish on reaching their £15,000 fundraising target to open their Support Centre in Kirkcaldy; acknowledges the tremendous work of their food support service providing food parcels for families with additional support needs who are struggling financially during the covid-19 pandemic and beyond; and celebrates the dedication of the families, volunteers and staff on their enthusiasm and hard work as part of the Nourish community.
