Remembering Stephen Sutton MBE

That this House celebrates the life and legacy of the late Stephen Sutton MBE who was born on 16 December 1994; understands Stephen was a charity activist known for his blog and fundraising efforts for Teenage Cancer Trust; notes Stephen’s story continues to be a source of inspiration for thousands of people battling cancer across the UK and the rest of the world; further notes that before his passing Stephen raised over £3 million for charities in just over a year and over £5.5 million to this day; recognises the immense impact Stephen’s life, fundraising, and passion has had in helping others deal with cancer and other illnesses; thanks Stephen and his family for all they continue to do to help those in need; wishes all the best to his mother Jane and father Andrew; and thanks Stephen Sutton MBE for all he did to help people fighting cancer and for being brave enough to share his inspirational story with the world.
