Perspectives of women in business

That this House commends the trade magazine Coinslot for including in issue 2779 seventeen perspectives from all roles of the progress of women in industry, with the emerging consensus that mentorship, education and support for women with families play vital parts in working towards sex parity, particularly at senior levels; and notes the contribution of International Women's Day for female trailblazers to share their experiences with younger women, including the observation by Diana Theodoridi that too often, women had to wait to be noticed, wait to be asked and wait to be invited to the table.
