Aberfeldy Initiative Feldy-Roo on Scottish Charity Awards shortlist

That this House commends Feldy-Roo on being shortlisted in the community action category in the Scottish Council for Voluntary Organisations (SCVO) 2022 Scottish Charity Awards; understands that the community action award commemorates community-led groups and organisations who are making a big difference to a small community; notes that SCVO, the national membership organisation for the voluntary sector, aims to support, promote and develop a confident, sustainable voluntary sector in Scotland; recognises that Feldy-Roo is an Aberfeldy-based initiative founded by Gavin Price to feed elderly and isolating people by preparing and delivering meals seven days a week; believes that the contributions by Feldy-Roo have been invaluable to people across Perth and North Perthshire; and congratulates the team at Feldy-Roo on their achievement in being shortlisted.
