Highland Council elections team

That this House commends the Highland Council elections team on their excellent management of the recent local government election; recognises the entire team's professionalism and dedication which ensured the smooth-running election process from candidate selection to declaration of results; also notes that the successful live streaming of the count meant that thousands of viewers witnessed the election count process; furthermore recognises the significant contribution of others, including Highlife Highland Staff and Police Scotland, and in doing so commends their contributions to the local government election process.
