Violet Mackinlay

That this House is deeply saddened by the death of Violet Mackinlay, a member of the Board of Trustees at Townhead Village Hall; recognises her achievement as part of the original five to secure funding for the centre; notes her stalwart commitment to her community which was recognised with an MBE; and extends its condolences to Violet’s family, the Board of Trustees, and the wider community who will miss her deeply.
