CONDUCT OF THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR WALES (No.9)

That this House congratulates the Secretary of State for Wales on his initiative to advertise extensively the availability of the parent's guide, How is your Child Doing at School?, in both the English and Welsh languages; and further congratulates the Secretary of State on having the foresight to have distributed 50 copies to every primary school and 100 copies to every secondary school in Wales with a further distribution to public libraries and local education authorities.
