National Lottery Funding for Pollok United

That this House congratulates Pollok United based in the Glasgow South West constituency on their award of a £9,104 National Lottery Community Fund grant; understands this funding will be used to employ a Community Engagement Officer to support the delivery of a range of services and activities in the Pollok Area; recognises Pollok United use sport and recreational activities as a way to engage the local community to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the area they serve; and wishes Pollok United the best with all its future endeavours.
