The motion

That this House congratulates all those involved in An Irish Goodbye on their success in winning Best Live Action Short Film at the 95th Academy Awards; commends directors Tom Berkeley and Ross White for this remarkable achievement; and notes with acclaim the historic achievement of actor James Martin on being the first person with Down's syndrome to win an Academy Award.
