Baldernock Primary School

That this House celebrates the 150th anniversary of Baldernock Primary School; thanks its teachers, staff and parents for the work they do to educate the children of East Dunbartonshire; notes their work has enabled Baldernock Primary to consistently achieve outstanding standards of pupil performance; applauds the children of Baldernock Primary for the history presentation and percussion performance with which they entertained guests at the anniversary celebration; recognises that Baldernock Primary is part of an unbroken lineage of formal education in the parish going back over four hundred years; credits this fine and ancient school as a testament to Scotland’s proud and unique history of world-class formal education; and wishes the school all good luck for another successful century.
