That this House celebrates Northern Ireland Beef Week, running from 23 to 30 April, which celebrates strengthening connections with local farmers and where beef comes from; notes that beef farming in Northern Ireland contributes over £603 million to the local economy this year and this week provides an opportunity to celebrate nutritious and climate friendly beef that supports our ecosystems rural economy; and highlights the invaluable work by local farmers and thanks them for their daily work that is being done to benefit everyone in society with homegrown beef.
