PROPERTY SERVICES AGENCY INQUIRY

That this House calls on the Secretary of State for the Environment to include in internal inquiries into allegations of malpractice and fraud in the Building Management South East division of the Property Services Agency an investigation into firstly, allegations that three bank drafts made with the signature of an employee, Mr Auger, were made payable to High Rise Properties, a partnership registered in Liberia, for the combined sum of ú191,000, secondly, whether any work was completed in relation to those payments and if so, the nature of the work contracted, and thirdly, whether the names of the directors of the partnership include Mr Auger, a Mr Phillips and a Mr Yorke.
