Support for the UK-Ukraine Trauma and Recovery Collaborative

The motion

That this House recognises the importance of the Trauma and Recovery Collaborative in strengthening Ukraine’s health system while enhancing the UK’s own resilience and preparedness for conflict-related health challenges; notes that this initiative, developed under the framework of the UK-Ukraine 100-Year Partnership Agreement, will deliver vital clinical support, training and research collaboration between the NHS and Ukrainian health institutions; further notes that it will improve trauma care, rehabilitation and health system capacity in both nations; and therefore urges the Government to commit funding or provide strategic support to ensure the Collaborative’s timely implementation and enduring success.
