That this House notes the results of the 2026 Council Elections that took place on 7 May 2026; congratulates all those who successfully won their seats; acknowledges the service of all those councillors who lost their seats; thanks all those candidates who stood and put themselves before the people; and extends its best wishes to the new majority at Newcastle-under-Lyme District Borough Council for the months and years ahead.
