That this House congratulates Drumchapel United’s 2010 Red Boys Team on winning the Paisely, Johnson, and District League title; understands that their 4-1 victory against Hillwood Football Club secured them the league title with a game to spare; commends the team on this impressive achievement, which is a result of their talent, hard work, and resilience throughout the season; recognises that the team’s success is also thanks to the support of their coaches, staff, and the whole Drumchapel United community; notes that the Club, who play at the Donald Dewar Centre in Glasgow West, have secured this title in their 25th anniversary year; thanks the Club for their focus on developing local talent and creating a welcoming community encouraging players of all ages and abilities to play football; and wishes the team and whole Club continued success in the future
