Dumbleton Cricket Club

That this House commends Dumbleton Cricket Club, as they celebrate over 140 years of coaching for players of all ages; notes the community and social value it has brought to Gloucestershire; further notes that Dumbleton has produced some of England’s highest-calibre players, including those who have played internationally; congratulates them on competing this year in the West of England Premier League Premier Division, the highest level of club cricket in its history; further congratulates them on winning the National Village Cup Final in 2022; celebrates the opening of The Park, their new second cricket ground; and calls on the Government to increase support for local cricket clubs such as Dumbleton.
